Career Initiation Courses for new Associates and Business Development

• Two Week Career Development Course: A fast-paced comprehensive training program for both newly licensed and seasoned associates. Classes are held Monday - Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
• Follow-Up Classes: Are offered monthly through out the year.
• Professional Advancement: Workshops and seminars on a variety of subjects featuring support staff, top-producing agents, professional speakers and industry experts.
• Junior/Senior Program: A "mentor" relationship program is available in some branch offices.
